Know what the site does before you trust it with your work.

This page collects the current privacy, accessibility, security, account, payment, and support boundaries in one place. It distinguishes free Google and email member access from the separate, deliberate Stripe checkout action.

Current State

What is live, local, external, and deliberately offline.

These labels separate working public behavior from previews and future infrastructure.

LivePublic pages, browser tools, Google and email member sign-in, server-verified entitlements, protected downloads, project-intake preparation, email handoff, and external platform links.
Device-localSupported tool drafts, saved-work backups, first-touch campaign context, project-intake drafts, and site-feedback drafts.
ExternalHosting requests, email delivery, embedded YouTube playback, and visits to Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or other linked services.
Not activeOnsite checkout, live billing, customer uploads, platform-account linking, hosted project submissions, newsletters, and live customer integrations.

Data And Privacy

Nothing typed into a browser tool is silently submitted.

Local drafts can still be sensitive on a shared device. Hosting and outside platforms also receive the normal technical information required to deliver their services.

DraftsRecognized saved work stays in browser storage until you export, remove, or deliberately hand it off.
Project requestsIntake prepares a brief locally; email opens only when you choose that action.
TrackingNo advertising tracker or aggregate audience-analytics script is currently added.
SecretsNever enter passwords, payment details, private keys, recovery codes, stream keys, or private customer data.

Security And Responsible Disclosure

Report a real security concern without sending the dangerous part.

Email hello@silentgrr.com with the subject “Security Report.” Describe the affected public URL, observable behavior, impact, date, browser, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include live credentials, private customer information, malware, or destructive proof.

Good reportAffected page, what happened, why it matters, and the smallest safe way to reproduce it.
Do not sendPasswords, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, payment data, account exports, or private files.
Do not testDestructive actions, denial of service, social engineering, account takeover, or access to another person's data.
ResponseThe studio can acknowledge and investigate, but this page does not promise a bounty, deadline, or guaranteed outcome.

Projects, Payments, And Support

A public page does not start a paid project or charge a card.

The website supports planning and deliberate contact. Actual work requires a separate reviewed agreement.

Planning rangesPackage and estimator figures are directional guidance, not quotes or guaranteed delivery dates.
Project startA project begins only after scope, boundaries, timing, responsibilities, ownership, and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Member accessGoogle sign-in, the Supabase email fallback, and server-side entitlement verification are active. Sign-in cannot create a charge. Checkout and billing management appear only for eligible signed-in states after the server verifies Stripe readiness.
SupportPublic site, privacy, terms, accessibility, and security questions route through hello@silentgrr.com.

Need A Specific Answer?

Ask before sharing more information or beginning a sensitive workflow.

Name the public page and the boundary you need clarified. Keep credentials, payment data, private customer files, and account access out of the first message.
