Site Terms · Updated July 27, 2026

Clear rules for using the site and its free resources.

These terms cover the public website, browser tools, member sign-in, downloads, planning ranges, and links. Paid project work requires a separate written scope; nothing on a public page silently becomes a contract or charge.

What The Site Provides

Pages and tools help you plan, compare, and start a conversation.

They do not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, security, tax, platform, or accessibility advice.

Public informationStudio services, examples, creator pages, setup notes, and community destinations.
Browser toolsLocal planners, builders, checklists, estimators, trackers, and exports.
Free resourcesDownloads intended to help creators and small teams organize their own work.
Project intakeA planning brief and email handoff, not an automatic acceptance of work.

Planning Versus Agreement

A range is not a quote, and an email is not a finished scope.

Prices, timelines, recommendations, package builders, and estimator results are planning guidance based on the choices visible on the site. A project begins only after goals, deliverables, exclusions, access, timing, payment terms, ownership, and approval responsibilities are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

EstimateUseful for direction; not a guaranteed price or delivery date.
IntakeA request for review; not automatic acceptance or scheduling.
AccessNever send passwords, stream keys, private keys, or recovery codes through initial email.
Project recordThe written scope controls when it differs from public site copy.

Responsible Use

Do not use the site to harm people, systems, or accounts.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the exports you create, the permissions you grant, and checking whether a plan fits the rules of the platforms and tools you use.

No secretsDo not place credentials, private keys, payment data, or recovery codes in browser tools or first-contact email.
No abuseDo not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, scrape restricted areas, or attempt unauthorized access.
No harmful contentDo not use the site to create fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, or unlawful material.
Check the resultReview exports and platform settings before publishing, importing, automating, or acting on them.

Member Accounts And Billing

Sign-in is free. A subscription starts only through a clearly labeled checkout.

Passwordless account creation and sign-in do not start billing. Protected access depends on an active entitlement. When direct checkout is available, these rules apply before and after confirmation.

Price and renewalThe initial direct offer is Creator Pro at $12 USD per month, plus tax where required. Stripe checkout will show the amount and renewal interval before confirmation. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
CancellationCancel anytime through the Stripe-hosted billing portal once billing is active. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period.
RefundsThe first direct payment may be refunded when requested within seven calendar days. Later renewals and partial periods are non-refundable except duplicate or incorrect charges, service failure, or where law requires otherwise. Refunded access may end when the refund is processed.
Account deletionRequest deletion through hello@silentgrr.com. Cancel any active subscription first so deletion does not hide an ongoing renewal. Required financial, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained separately.
AvailabilityMember tools, protected programs, and previews may change. A subscription provides access to the current included service; it does not promise permanent availability of every individual feature.

Outside Services

A link or embed does not make another platform part of this site.

YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Kick, email providers, and other destinations operate under their own terms, privacy rules, availability, moderation, and account decisions.

AvailabilityPages, tools, downloads, and external services may change, move, pause, or stop working.
Your copiesKeep backups of work that matters; browser storage is not a synced account or permanent archive.
OwnershipSite branding, original copy, artwork, and code remain with their respective owners unless a license or project agreement says otherwise.
FeedbackPublic suggestions may inform future work; do not submit confidential ideas through public community channels.

Questions Or Changes

Ask before assuming a use is covered.

Email hello@silentgrr.com with the subject “Site Terms Question.” Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the current published terms apply to that later use.
