# Signal Deck Starter Pack

Version: 0.1

Signal Deck Starter Pack is a practical planning kit for creators who want their stream, Discord, OBS, Stream Deck, and project workflow to feel less scattered.

It is intentionally simple: fill in the worksheets, test the setup, then use the review notes after each stream to improve the next one.

## What Is Included
- `scene-map.csv`: plan OBS scenes, sources, overlays, alerts, and scene purpose.
- `command-map.csv`: plan chat commands, Stream Deck buttons, moderator notes, and automation ideas.
- `stream-test-checklist.csv`: run a quick pre-stream test before going live.
- `post-stream-review.csv`: capture what worked, what broke, what to clip, and what to improve.

## How To Use It
1. Fill out the scene map before changing OBS.
2. Fill out the command map before adding commands or Stream Deck actions.
3. Run the stream test checklist before every real stream.
4. Use the post-stream review within 30 minutes after ending stream.
5. Move repeat problems into your next setup sprint.

## Recommended First Pass
- Keep only 3 to 5 core scenes at first.
- Add commands only when they solve a real viewer or creator problem.
- Do not automate anything that you have not tested manually.
- Write down what went wrong while it is still fresh.

## Safety Notes
- Do not paste passwords, stream keys, API tokens, private invite links, payment details, or personal viewer information into these worksheets.
- Treat this as a planning pack, not a secure vault.
- Test automations privately before using them live.
